April – quarterly general membership.
May – finalize volunteer coordination and schedules for Tuesday Night Blues merch and membership tents.
July – quarterly general membership
September – prepare annual budget, review proposed bylaw changes and officer nominations for October Annual General Membership meeting.
October - Annual General Membership meeting. Approval of bylaw changes, Approval of Annual Budget, Election of officers.
December, February, June & August are not scheduled but executive officers may call for a meeting if events make it necessary.

Please consider volunteering with the CVBS. We need committed volunteers to continue bringing you Tuesday Night Blues. We know that keeping this great community event alive in Eau Claire is essential! The CVBS has renewed focus on making Tuesday Night Blues a sustainable event for the future AND WE NEED YOUR HELP TO BE SUCCESSFUL! You don’t have to be an elected Officer to help out!
We need volunteer members to assist with projects such as:
Grant writing
Marketing and sponsorship
Tuesday Night Blues
Membership
Blues on the Chippewa
